TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Traveltron.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Traveltron website, reservation services, telephone services, travel consultation services, communications, and other services offered by Traveltron, LLC (“Traveltron,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Traveltron, LLC Terms & Conditions

Terms governing access to Traveltron's website, reservation services, travel consultation, communications, and other travel-related services.

2. About Traveltron

Traveltron, LLC is an independent online travel agency and travel-services business.

Traveltron facilitates or assists with eligible travel products and services that may include:

  • Flight reservations;
  • Car rental reservations;
  • Cruise reservations;
  • Travel consultation;
  • Reservation servicing; and
  • Other travel-related services made available from time to time.

Traveltron may obtain travel inventory, pricing, availability, or fulfillment through sources that can include airlines, Global Distribution Systems (GDS), fare consolidators, wholesalers, travel APIs, car rental providers, cruise operators, ticketing or fulfillment providers, and other travel suppliers.

Traveltron may establish its own retail price for services it offers, subject to applicable supplier arrangements, contractual restrictions, disclosure requirements, and law.

3. Independent Online Travel Agency

Traveltron is an independent online travel agency.

Unless expressly disclosed otherwise, Traveltron is not owned, operated, controlled, sponsored, or endorsed by any airline, car rental company, cruise line, airport, hotel, government authority, or other travel provider.

Traveltron does not operate:

  • Aircraft;
  • Airlines;
  • Airports;
  • Rental vehicle fleets;
  • Cruise ships;
  • Immigration authorities;
  • Customs authorities; or
  • Government transportation services.

References to third-party travel brands are used for identification, informational, reservation, or fulfillment purposes and do not by themselves establish ownership, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

4. Role of Traveltron

Traveltron provides an intermediary travel-reservation and professional-service platform.

Depending upon the transaction, Traveltron may:

  • Search travel inventory;
  • Present available options;
  • Facilitate a reservation;
  • Collect or facilitate payment;
  • Coordinate with a supplier or fulfillment provider;
  • Arrange ticket issuance;
  • Provide post-booking assistance;
  • Provide travel consultation; or
  • Perform other agreed travel-related services.

The underlying transportation or travel service is generally performed by the applicable airline, rental provider, cruise operator, or other independent provider.

5. Third-Party Travel Providers

Travel products facilitated by Traveltron may be subject to separate terms imposed by third-party providers.

These may include:

  • Airline conditions of carriage;
  • Fare rules;
  • Baggage rules;
  • Rental agreements;
  • Cruise passenger contracts;
  • Supplier conditions;
  • Ticketing conditions;
  • Cancellation schedules;
  • Refund restrictions;
  • No-show provisions; and
  • Other provider-specific requirements.

By purchasing or using a third-party travel product, you may also become bound by the applicable provider's terms.

Traveltron cannot independently waive or override valid third-party terms unless Traveltron has authority to do so.

6. Flight Reservations

Eligible flights may be searched and booked through the Traveltron website or with assistance from a Traveltron representative.

New Flight Reservations: 1-855-697-1132

Flight availability and pricing can change rapidly.

A displayed, quoted, or discussed itinerary does not constitute a guaranteed reservation until the applicable booking has been successfully confirmed and, where required, ticketed.

7. Flight Inventory and Fulfillment

Traveltron may access flight inventory through multiple travel-industry sources.

Depending upon the reservation, a ticket may be issued or fulfilled through Traveltron, an airline, a contracted ticketing provider, a consolidator, or another authorized fulfillment source.

The involvement of a fulfillment provider does not change Traveltron's obligation to accurately represent its own role to the customer.

8. Airfare and Availability

Airfares are dynamic.

Prices may change because of factors including:

  • Airline inventory;
  • Booking class;
  • Route;
  • Travel date;
  • Passenger count;
  • Cabin;
  • Fare rules;
  • Supplier inventory;
  • Taxes;
  • Exchange rates;
  • Demand; or
  • Other pricing factors.

Until a transaction has been successfully confirmed, a previously displayed or quoted fare may no longer be available.

9. Fare Conditions

Different fares for the same flight may carry substantially different conditions.

Fares may be:

  • Refundable;
  • Non-refundable;
  • Changeable;
  • Non-changeable;
  • Restricted;
  • Promotional;
  • Private;
  • Bulk;
  • Consolidator;
  • Basic Economy; or
  • Subject to other conditions.

Customers should review material fare conditions before authorizing a purchase.

10. Passenger Information

You are responsible for providing accurate passenger information.

The passenger name should correspond appropriately with the identification or travel document required for the journey.

You are responsible for reviewing:

  • Passenger names;
  • Dates;
  • Origin and destination;
  • Travel dates;
  • Flight times;
  • Airports;
  • Cabin;
  • Contact information; and
  • Other material reservation information

before confirming a transaction.

11. Name Corrections and Passenger Changes

Airlines generally restrict passenger-name changes after ticketing.

A minor name correction may be treated differently from replacing the passenger with another person.

Any correction remains subject to airline and supplier rules.

Applicable airline/supplier charges, fare differences, ticketing costs, and disclosed Traveltron service fees may apply.

12. Car Rental Reservations

Traveltron may assist customers in locating and arranging car rental options through its quote or live-assisted reservation process.

Car Rental Reservations: 1-877-819-7015

A car rental reservation may be subject to separate terms established by the applicable rental provider.

13. Car Rental Provider Requirements

Rental providers may establish requirements concerning:

  • Minimum or maximum driver age;
  • Driver's license;
  • Identification;
  • Credit or debit cards;
  • Security deposits;
  • Additional drivers;
  • Insurance/protection products;
  • Geographic restrictions;
  • Mileage;
  • Fuel;
  • Tolls;
  • Vehicle use; and
  • Other rental conditions.

Traveltron does not determine whether a customer ultimately satisfies the rental provider's requirements at pickup.

14. Vehicle Category

A reservation for a vehicle category does not necessarily guarantee a particular vehicle make, model, year, color, or configuration unless expressly confirmed by the rental provider.

Vehicle supply remains under the rental provider's control.

15. Car Rental Charges at Pickup or Return

Certain amounts may be payable directly to the rental provider.

These can include:

  • Security deposits;
  • Insurance/protection products;
  • Fuel;
  • Tolls;
  • Additional drivers;
  • Child seats;
  • GPS;
  • Upgrades;
  • One-way charges;
  • Young-driver charges;
  • Excess mileage;
  • Late-return charges;
  • Damage charges; or
  • Other provider charges.

Customers should review the rental agreement before accepting the vehicle.

16. Cruise Reservations

Traveltron may assist customers with cruise searches, quotes, and reservations.

Cruise Reservations: 1-888-363-3211

Cruise reservations remain subject to availability and the applicable cruise operator's passenger contract, deposit rules, final-payment deadlines, cancellation schedule, and other conditions.

17. Cruise Deposits and Final Payment

A cruise reservation may require:

  • Deposit;
  • Additional installment;
  • Final payment; or
  • Immediate full payment.

Failure to make a required payment by the applicable deadline may result in cancellation under the cruise operator's rules.

Customers are responsible for monitoring payment requirements communicated in connection with their reservation.

18. Cruise Itinerary Changes

Cruise operators may modify:

  • Ports;
  • Arrival/departure times;
  • Itineraries;
  • Ships;
  • Embarkation arrangements;
  • Shore activities; or
  • Other operational elements.

Traveltron does not control cruise operations.

Any refund, credit, compensation, or alternative arising from an operator-initiated change remains subject to applicable provider terms and mandatory law.

19. Travel Consultation

Traveltron may provide travel consultation or planning assistance.

Such assistance is travel-related information and professional reservation support.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Traveltron does not provide:

  • Legal advice;
  • Immigration advice;
  • Medical advice;
  • Financial advice;
  • Tax advice;
  • Government representation; or
  • Visa approval services.

Customers should consult qualified authorities or professionals where appropriate.

20. Prices

Traveltron aims to present material pricing information before the customer authorizes a transaction.

Depending upon the product, pricing may include:

  • Travel product price;
  • Applicable mandatory taxes;
  • Supplier charges;
  • Traveltron service/professional fees;
  • Customer-selected optional services; and
  • Other disclosed amounts.

Not every component applies to every transaction.

21. Taxes and Fees

Traveltron service fees are distinct from government taxes and third-party provider charges.

Traveltron does not intend to represent its own professional fee as a government tax, airline tax, airport tax, or other governmental charge.

Customers should review the final applicable pricing presented before authorization.

22. Optional Products and Services

Customers may be offered optional services.

These may include, where available:

  • Seat selection;
  • Baggage;
  • Upgrades;
  • Rental protection products;
  • Additional rental equipment;
  • Cruise extras;
  • Travel consultation; or
  • Other ancillary services.

Optional products are separate from mandatory charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

23. Pricing Errors

Despite reasonable efforts, technical, supplier, transmission, display, or human errors can occur.

If a material pricing or availability error is identified before successful confirmation, Traveltron may inform the customer and provide available alternatives rather than knowingly completing a transaction at an erroneous price.

Nothing in this provision limits rights or remedies provided by mandatory applicable law.

24. Payment Authorization

By providing payment information and authorizing a transaction, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the applicable payment method;
  • The information supplied is accurate;
  • You authorize the disclosed transaction;
  • You understand the applicable price and material conditions presented to you; and
  • You authorize Traveltron and applicable payment/fulfillment parties to process the transaction as necessary.

Traveltron may use reasonable verification measures before completing certain transactions.

25. Payment Verification

Traveltron may request additional verification where reasonably necessary to address:

  • Fraud concerns;
  • Payment-security concerns;
  • Cardholder authorization;
  • Identity discrepancies;
  • High-risk transactions; or
  • Other legitimate security concerns.

Failure to complete necessary verification may result in a transaction not being completed.

26. Separate Charges on a Payment Statement

A travel transaction can involve more than one merchant or supplier.

As a result, a customer may sometimes see separate charges corresponding to different portions of the transaction.

Where applicable, Traveltron will seek to disclose the material payment structure before authorization.

27. Booking Confirmation vs. Ticket Confirmation

A booking request or booking reference does not always mean that an airline ticket has been issued.

For flight travel, customers should confirm receipt of the applicable ticket information.

If you have questions concerning an existing Traveltron reservation:

After-Sales Support: 1-844-365-4019

28. Changes After Booking

A customer-requested change remains subject to the applicable provider's rules and availability.

Potential costs may include:

  • Fare difference;
  • Rate difference;
  • Supplier charge;
  • Airline charge;
  • Tax difference; and
  • Applicable disclosed Traveltron service fee.

Traveltron will distinguish its own service fee from third-party charges.

29. Post-Booking and Post-Ticketing Service Fees

Traveltron may charge professional service fees for eligible post-booking assistance.

Such services can include:

  • Voluntary flight changes;
  • Voluntary cancellation assistance;
  • Ticket exchanges;
  • Reissues;
  • Name-correction assistance;
  • Credit-redemption assistance;
  • Rental modifications;
  • Cruise modifications; and
  • Other eligible professional services.

Applicable Traveltron fees will be disclosed before the customer authorizes the chargeable service.

Please review Traveltron's Post-Booking & Post-Ticketing Service Fee Policy for additional information.

30. Cancellation Requests

Customers should contact Traveltron promptly when seeking to cancel an eligible Traveltron reservation.

Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund.

The result may depend upon:

  • Provider terms;
  • Fare rules;
  • Ticket status;
  • Cancellation timing;
  • Applicable penalties;
  • Customer's reason for cancellation; and
  • Mandatory law.

Existing Flight Reservations / After-Sales: 1-844-365-4019

31. Refundable and Non-Refundable Products

A travel product may be refundable, partially refundable, conditionally refundable, credit-only, or non-refundable for voluntary customer cancellations.

These restrictions should be reviewed before purchase.

However, a product described as non-refundable for voluntary cancellation may still be subject to separate mandatory refund rights when applicable law requires a refund.

32. Airline Cancellations and Significant Changes

For covered flights to, from, or within the United States, passengers may have refund rights when an airline cancels or significantly changes a flight and the passenger does not accept the applicable changed/rebooked travel or alternative compensation.

Responsibility for issuing an airfare refund can depend upon which entity is the merchant of record.

Traveltron will administer applicable refund obligations consistent with mandatory law.

33. Merchant of Record

The merchant of record is generally the entity identified on the customer's financial charge statement for the applicable transaction.

Depending upon the reservation, the merchant of record may be Traveltron, an airline, a supplier, or another fulfillment party.

Traveltron will not represent itself as the merchant of record where another entity actually holds that role.

34. Refund Method

Where applicable law requires a refund to the original form of payment, the refund will be handled accordingly within the responsible party's role.

Customers cannot necessarily direct a refund to an unrelated payment method or third-party account.

35. Refund Timing

Refund timing varies according to the transaction and reason for refund.

Where mandatory law establishes a refund deadline, that deadline controls.

Other voluntary refunds can depend upon provider authorization, supplier processing, payment systems, and financial institutions.

Traveltron does not guarantee a shorter timeframe than the timeframe legally or operationally applicable to the transaction.

36. U.S. 24-Hour Airline Reservation Rule

Customers should not assume that every ticket purchased through Traveltron automatically receives the federal airline-specific 24-hour hold/refund requirement.

The U.S. Department of Transportation's airline 24-hour reservation requirement applies to qualifying tickets purchased directly from airlines and does not automatically extend to tickets purchased through online travel agencies or other third-party agents.

Where Traveltron, an airline, supplier, or applicable law provides a separate cancellation privilege, its specific conditions will apply.

37. Flight Credits and Vouchers

Where a customer accepts or receives a credit or voucher, its use remains subject to the issuing provider's conditions.

Restrictions can include:

  • Expiration;
  • Booking deadline;
  • Travel deadline;
  • Passenger limitations;
  • Route restrictions;
  • Non-transferability; and
  • Fare conditions.

Traveltron cannot independently extend a provider-issued credit unless authorized by the provider.

38. No-Shows

Failure to travel, cancel, or appropriately modify a reservation before the applicable deadline may result in a no-show.

A no-show can cause:

  • Loss of ticket value;
  • Cancellation of remaining flight segments;
  • Loss of rental reservation;
  • Cruise penalties; or
  • Other consequences.

Customers should contact Traveltron or the applicable provider promptly if they know they cannot use a reservation.

39. Flight Schedule Changes

Airlines control their schedules and operations.

An airline may change:

  • Departure time;
  • Arrival time;
  • Flight number;
  • Routing;
  • Connection;
  • Airport;
  • Aircraft; or
  • Flight operation.

Traveltron may assist with eligible reservations but cannot prevent an airline from changing its schedule.

40. Flight Delays and Cancellations

Traveltron does not operate flights and cannot guarantee that a flight will operate on schedule.

Weather, maintenance, crew issues, air traffic control, security events, government action, airport conditions, or other circumstances may affect travel.

The operating airline is responsible for operational decisions.

Mandatory passenger rights remain unaffected.

41. Baggage

Baggage allowances, restrictions, and charges are generally established by airlines.

A ticket does not automatically include checked baggage unless the applicable fare or reservation provides for it.

Travelers should verify baggage conditions before departure.

Traveltron does not physically transport, trace, deliver, or handle baggage.

42. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Baggage

Claims concerning baggage physically handled by an airline should generally be reported promptly to the operating airline.

Traveltron may assist with reservation-related information but does not control airline baggage handling or claims processing.

Nothing in these Terms limits applicable statutory baggage rights.

43. Seats

Seat requests or selections can be subject to airline control.

An airline may change a seat because of:

  • Aircraft substitution;
  • Operational requirements;
  • Safety;
  • Schedule changes; or
  • Other airline-controlled circumstances.

Traveltron cannot guarantee that a seat assignment will never change.

44. Check-In

Travelers are responsible for satisfying airline check-in and boarding requirements.

This includes arriving sufficiently early and possessing required travel documents.

Failure to check in or board on time may result in a no-show or loss of travel value.

45. Passport, Visa and Entry Requirements

Travelers are solely responsible for determining and satisfying passport, visa, immigration, transit, vaccination, entry, exit, customs, and other governmental requirements applicable to their individual circumstances.

Requirements can vary based upon:

  • Nationality;
  • Passport;
  • Residence;
  • Destination;
  • Transit country;
  • Length of stay;
  • Purpose of travel; and
  • Personal circumstances.

Traveltron does not guarantee entry into any country.

46. Government Decisions

Traveltron does not control:

  • Visa issuance;
  • Immigration decisions;
  • Border admission;
  • Customs decisions;
  • Security screening;
  • Government travel restrictions; or
  • Passport issuance.

Denial of entry or failure to obtain required documentation does not automatically make a travel product refundable.

47. Health and Medical Requirements

Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are medically fit to travel and whether health-related requirements apply to their journey.

Traveltron does not provide medical advice.

Customers requiring medical guidance should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

48. Special Assistance

Traveltron may assist in communicating certain special-service requests to travel providers.

These can include requests concerning:

  • Wheelchair assistance;
  • Mobility assistance;
  • Special meals;
  • Accessibility;
  • Infants; or
  • Other eligible needs.

The applicable provider ultimately controls and delivers the requested service.

49. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance or travel protection, where offered or independently purchased, is a separate product governed by its own policy terms.

Purchasing travel insurance does not automatically make every cancellation or loss covered.

Customers should review applicable exclusions, limits, deductibles, and claim procedures.

50. Customer Communications

By providing contact information in connection with a reservation or inquiry, you authorize Traveltron to communicate with you regarding that request or transaction through appropriate channels such as telephone, email, or text where permitted.

Transactional communications may include:

  • Reservation confirmations;
  • Payment matters;
  • Schedule information;
  • Service communications;
  • Cancellation information; and
  • Other booking-related notices.

Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

51. Accuracy of Customer Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring communications relating to their reservation.

Traveltron is not responsible for a customer failing to receive a communication because the customer supplied an incorrect or inaccessible email address or telephone number, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

52. Third-Party Links

Traveltron may provide links to third-party websites for convenience or reservation-related purposes.

External websites are independently operated and may have separate:

  • Terms;
  • Privacy policies;
  • Cookies;
  • Security practices;
  • Prices; and
  • Services.

A link does not by itself establish endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

Please review Traveltron's Third-Party Links Policy.

53. Third-Party Trademarks

Airline names, rental brands, cruise-line names, logos, trademarks, and other third-party intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

Use of a third-party trademark for legitimate identification or informational purposes does not by itself imply ownership, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

54. Traveltron Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, Traveltron's website design, original text, graphics, branding, databases, software elements, and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Traveltron and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for legitimate personal travel purposes.

55. Prohibited Website Use

You may not use Traveltron's website or services to:

  • Commit fraud;
  • Make fraudulent reservations;
  • Use stolen payment credentials;
  • Impersonate another person;
  • Interfere with website security;
  • Introduce malicious software;
  • Scrape or harvest content in an unauthorized manner;
  • Attempt unauthorized access;
  • Abuse customer-service personnel;
  • Circumvent reservation restrictions; or
  • Engage in unlawful activity.

Traveltron may restrict service where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security, or legal risk.

56. Fraud Prevention

Traveltron may take reasonable steps to detect and prevent fraud.

A transaction may be delayed, declined, cancelled, or subjected to additional verification where Traveltron reasonably identifies a legitimate fraud or security concern.

Such measures do not permit Traveltron to disregard mandatory consumer rights.

57. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

A chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically cancel the underlying travel reservation.

If you wish to cancel or change a reservation, you should separately follow the applicable cancellation or change procedure.

Traveltron reserves the right to respond to payment disputes with relevant transaction records, authorization evidence, booking information, communications, and other lawful documentation.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer's lawful right to dispute a transaction.

58. Customer Responsibility to Review the Reservation

Customers should promptly review booking and ticket information after receipt.

If you identify an error or discrepancy, contact Traveltron promptly.

After-Sales Support: 1-844-365-4019

Waiting until the date of travel may reduce available correction options.

59. Customer Authorization for Changes

Traveltron will not intentionally purchase a materially different voluntary replacement travel product merely because the originally requested option became unavailable without appropriate customer authorization.

Where pricing or itinerary details materially change before completion, updated information may need to be presented before proceeding.

Airline-initiated operational changes after ticketing are separate and remain under the airline's control.

60. Force Majeure and Events Outside Reasonable Control

Travel may be affected by events outside Traveltron's reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather;
  • Natural disasters;
  • War;
  • Civil unrest;
  • Government actions;
  • Epidemics or pandemics;
  • Airport closures;
  • Strikes;
  • Air traffic restrictions;
  • Cyber incidents;
  • Infrastructure failures;
  • Supplier failures; or
  • Other extraordinary events.

Traveltron will provide services within the scope reasonably available to it, but does not guarantee the performance of independent providers during such events.

Applicable refund and consumer rights remain subject to mandatory law.

61. Supplier Insolvency or Cessation

A travel supplier may become insolvent, enter bankruptcy, cease operations, or otherwise become unable to provide purchased services.

Traveltron does not guarantee the financial solvency of independent travel providers.

Available remedies may depend upon applicable law, payment method, travel insurance, supplier arrangements, and bankruptcy proceedings.

62. Website Availability

Traveltron endeavors to maintain reliable website access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, technical issues, supplier-system failures, network problems, cyber incidents, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.

63. Information Accuracy

Traveltron seeks to provide accurate information.

However, travel information can change rapidly.

Schedules, fares, provider policies, baggage rules, government requirements, cruise itineraries, rental conditions, and other information may be changed by third parties.

Time-sensitive information should be verified before travel.

64. No Guarantee of Lowest Price

Unless Traveltron expressly publishes a specific price-guarantee program with separate written terms, Traveltron does not guarantee that a displayed or offered price is the lowest price available anywhere in the market.

Different sellers may have access to different inventory, fare arrangements, promotions, or commercial terms.

65. No Guarantee of Travel Outcome

Traveltron can assist with travel arrangements but cannot guarantee:

  • On-time operation;
  • Admission into a country;
  • Visa approval;
  • Specific aircraft;
  • Specific rental vehicle model;
  • Specific cruise itinerary;
  • Weather;
  • Baggage delivery;
  • Provider performance; or
  • Other matters outside Traveltron's control.

66. Limitation of Responsibility for Independent Providers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Traveltron is not responsible for independent acts, omissions, operational failures, negligence, schedule decisions, or service delivery of third-party providers merely because Traveltron facilitated a reservation involving that provider.

This limitation does not apply to Traveltron's own obligations, representations, or conduct and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

67. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Traveltron will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from circumstances outside Traveltron's reasonable control or from the independent conduct of a third-party travel provider.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

68. No Exclusion of Mandatory Rights

No disclaimer, limitation, waiver, or allocation of responsibility in these Terms is intended to eliminate a statutory or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Where mandatory applicable law conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory legal requirement controls to the extent of the conflict.

69. Privacy

Traveltron's handling of personal information is governed by its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Travel-related transactions may require personal information to be shared with airlines, rental providers, cruise operators, fulfillment providers, payment processors, or other parties necessary to provide the requested service.

Customers should review the Traveltron Privacy Policy for additional information.

70. Cookies

Traveltron may use cookies and similar technologies for purposes described in its Cookie Policy.

Where legally required, users will be provided appropriate choices concerning non-essential technologies.

71. Security

Traveltron uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to its operations.

No website, transmission, or information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Customers should protect their booking credentials and avoid publicly posting ticket numbers, payment information, passwords, passport details, or other sensitive information.

72. Complaints

Customers who experience an issue with a Traveltron service should contact Traveltron with sufficient information to identify the reservation and understand the complaint.

Traveltron may investigate relevant transaction records, communications, supplier information, payment records, and other information necessary to address the matter.

For existing reservations:

1-844-365-4019

73. Provider Complaints

Where a complaint relates primarily to an airline's operation, rental vehicle, cruise operation, baggage handling, or another provider-controlled service, the applicable provider may be the appropriate party to investigate the underlying service issue.

Traveltron may provide reasonable reservation-related assistance where available.

74. Governing Law

Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms and disputes concerning Traveltron's own services will be governed by the laws applicable to Traveltron, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction's law.

Nothing in this provision deprives a consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be waived under the law applicable to that consumer or transaction.

75. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before commencing formal proceedings concerning a dispute with Traveltron, the parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication.

A customer should provide:

  • Name;
  • Reservation reference;
  • Relevant transaction information;
  • Description of the dispute; and
  • Requested resolution.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising a right to contact a regulator, file a legally protected complaint, or pursue an urgent remedy where permitted by law.

76. Arbitration Only Where Validly Agreed and Enforceable

If Traveltron separately implements an arbitration agreement, arbitration provision, or class-action waiver, it must be presented and accepted in a manner sufficient to create an enforceable agreement under applicable law.

Unless such an agreement is validly incorporated into the customer's transaction, these Terms should not be interpreted as creating an arbitration obligation merely because this section references arbitration.

Any arbitration requirement remains subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.

77. No Waiver

Failure by Traveltron to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not necessarily waive the right to enforce that provision on another occasion.

78. Severability

If a court or other competent authority determines that a provision of these Terms is invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent legally permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally possible.

79. Assignment

Traveltron may assign or transfer its rights or obligations in connection with a legitimate merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, asset transfer, or other lawful business transaction, subject to applicable law.

Customers may not assign a reservation or contractual right where the applicable travel product or provider prohibits transfer.

80. Changes to These Terms

Traveltron may update these Terms to reflect:

  • Changes in services;
  • Changes in business practices;
  • Regulatory developments;
  • Security requirements;
  • Technology changes; or
  • Other legitimate operational reasons.

Updated Terms will be published with an appropriate effective or last-updated date.

Material changes will not be applied retroactively where doing so would violate applicable law or improperly alter an already-completed transaction.

81. Policy Hierarchy

These Terms operate together with transaction-specific disclosures and applicable Traveltron policies.

Where a transaction-specific written disclosure expressly provides a more specific condition for a particular product, that specific condition may control that issue, subject always to mandatory law.

Provider terms separately govern the underlying services supplied by those providers.

82. Entire Agreement

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms, applicable transaction disclosures, incorporated Traveltron policies, and any specific written terms accepted in connection with the reservation constitute the agreement concerning Traveltron's applicable service.

They do not replace independent terms between the traveler and the actual travel provider.

83. Electronic Communications

Customers consent to receiving reservation-related records and communications electronically where legally permissible.

Customers should retain copies of important confirmations, tickets, receipts, fare conditions, rental information, cruise documentation, and other transaction records.

84. Electronic Acceptance

Where permitted by law, clicking an acceptance button, checking an agreement box, submitting an authorized payment, or otherwise affirmatively accepting presented terms electronically may constitute acceptance of the applicable agreement.

Traveltron should present material terms in a manner reasonably available to customers before acceptance.

85. Customer Service

Traveltron provides customer-service channels for its own travel services and eligible reservations.

Traveltron's customer-service channels are Traveltron's own services. They should not be interpreted as the official customer-service department of an airline, rental company, cruise line, or other independent provider.

86. Important Independent OTA Disclosure

Traveltron, LLC is an independent online travel agency.

Traveltron is not an airline, aircraft operator, car rental company, cruise line, airport, immigration authority, government agency, or other transportation carrier.

Unless expressly disclosed otherwise, Traveltron is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, or controlled by the airlines, rental companies, cruise lines, or other travel providers whose services may be referenced or made available through Traveltron.

Third-party travel products remain subject to the applicable provider's terms.

Traveltron's own professional and service obligations remain governed by these Terms, applicable Traveltron policies, transaction-specific disclosures, and mandatory law.

87. Mandatory Consumer Protection

These Terms are intended to establish clear rules governing Traveltron's services—not to eliminate rights granted to consumers by law.

Accordingly:

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict, disclaim, or replace any consumer, passenger, refund, privacy, payment, accessibility, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement applicable to a transaction, the mandatory legal requirement will control to the extent of the conflict.

88. Agreement to Terms

By using Traveltron's services or affirmatively completing a transaction after being presented with these Terms, you acknowledge that:

  • You have had an opportunity to review these Terms;
  • You understand Traveltron's role as an independent OTA;
  • You understand that third-party provider terms may also apply;
  • You are responsible for providing accurate traveler information;
  • You understand applicable pricing and material conditions presented before purchase;
  • You authorize eligible transactions you affirmatively approve; and
  • You agree to these Terms subject to all rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Final Legal Notice

Traveltron's Terms & Conditions should be read together with the specific terms disclosed during the applicable reservation process.

Airlines, car rental providers, cruise operators, and other independent providers may impose additional terms governing the travel products they supply.

No provision of these Terms authorizes Traveltron to disregard applicable law, and no provision should be interpreted as eliminating a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

If a provision conflicts with mandatory applicable law, the mandatory law controls to the extent required.
