Depending upon the applicable inventory and commercial arrangement, a reservation or ticket may be issued or fulfilled through one of our contracted consolidators, ticketing partners, suppliers, or other fulfillment partners.

A flight displayed in a search result or discussed during a quotation is not guaranteed to remain available at the same price until the applicable reservation has been completed and confirmed.

Traveltron provides car rental assistance primarily through a Request a Quote and live-call model.

Customers may provide their pickup location, return location, dates, preferred vehicle category, and other rental requirements. Traveltron may identify available options through suppliers, dealers, wholesalers, APIs, intermediaries, rental providers, or other travel-industry sources.

A request, inquiry, or quotation does not by itself constitute a confirmed car rental reservation.

The company ultimately supplying the rental vehicle remains responsible for matters within its control, including vehicle availability and condition, pickup and return procedures, security deposits, age and driver requirements, insurance options, fuel policies, mileage restrictions, and other rental conditions.

Customers may also be required to accept a separate rental agreement issued by the applicable rental provider.

Traveltron provides cruise reservation assistance primarily through a Request a Quote and live-call model.

Customers may provide information including destination, departure port, dates, number of passengers, preferred cabin category, cruise duration, and other travel requirements.

Cruise inventory and information may be obtained through cruise suppliers, consolidators, wholesalers, distributors, travel APIs, intermediaries, and other travel-industry sources.

A cruise inquiry or quotation does not guarantee a particular sailing, cabin, itinerary, promotion, or price.

The applicable cruise line or cruise operator remains responsible for operating and fulfilling the cruise, including vessel operations, sailing schedules, onboard services, embarkation requirements, port calls, itinerary changes, and operational cancellations.

Traveltron may provide professional travel consultation and reservation assistance.

Our travel experts may assist customers with itinerary planning, flight options, routing alternatives, existing travel arrangements, car rental requirements, cruise options, travel disruptions, and other eligible travel-related matters.

Where Traveltron provides assistance concerning a reservation originally purchased from another business, Traveltron acts solely as an independent third-party travel consultant or intermediary.

Providing such assistance does not make Traveltron the airline, cruise line, car rental company, original booking agency, or underlying travel provider.

Customers remain free to contact the applicable travel provider or original booking source directly.

Traveltron may charge a professional service, consultation, booking, or assistance fee where applicable.

Any Traveltron fee applicable to a transaction should be disclosed to the customer before the customer authorizes the applicable purchase.

A Traveltron service or consultation fee may be separate from airline charges, fare differences, supplier penalties, cancellation charges, car rental charges, cruise charges, or other third-party costs.

Payment of a Traveltron consultation or professional service fee does not guarantee that a third-party provider will approve a requested change, refund, cancellation, credit, waiver, seat, vehicle, cabin, or other requested outcome.

Travel pricing and inventory are dynamic.

Airfares, rental rates, cruise prices, schedules, booking classes, seat availability, vehicle availability, cabin availability, taxes, fees, promotional inventory, and supplier conditions may change before a reservation is completed and confirmed.

A website search result, preliminary quotation, telephone discussion, email, submitted inquiry, or Request a Quote does not, by itself, constitute a confirmed reservation.

If a material price change occurs before completion of a transaction, the revised price should be communicated to the customer for acceptance before the applicable purchase is completed.

Authorization for one transaction should not be interpreted as authorization for a materially different transaction amount.

Such terms may include conditions of carriage, fare rules, baggage allowances, change restrictions, cancellation conditions, refund provisions, no-show rules, rental agreements, cruise passenger contracts, identification requirements, and other provider-specific conditions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable terms presented or provided in connection with their reservation.

Travel products have different cancellation, change, and refund conditions.

Depending upon the travel service and fulfillment arrangement, a payment may be processed by Traveltron, a travel supplier, fare consolidator, fulfillment partner, payment processor, or another appropriately disclosed party.

Traveltron will not treat authorization for one amount or transaction as authorization for a materially different or unrelated amount or transaction.
